Rezydencja Park is a complex of apartment buildings located in picturesque park, less then 200 m from the sea and 100 m from the Jamno Lake.

The design of the building is inspired by traditional timber-framing houses bringing memories of old Mielno. Natural materials like stone and wood used both outside and inside of the building highlight its costal character.

First building of the complex located by Orła Białego 5 was completed in the summer of 2011, all the apartments were already sold.

Currently under construction is Rezydencja Park II .
