The general contractor for the second stage of Rezydencja Park was selected Budimex SA Previously, an agreement was signed to finance investments by Bank PKO BP SA. Start of work is planned later this year.

High temperatures in November favor reinforced concrete works. According to Damian Kroc (Project Manager - Gleeds) responsible for coordinating the construction of Dune "Most of the roof over the underground garage was filled with concrete. The remaining fragments were armed and are waiting for concreting. Walls and columns of ground floor have been completed partly.”
All the work is progressing according to the schedule, the end of stage zero is scheduled for December.
All 12 apartments in the first building of Rezydencja Park found their buyers. The project was very popular among both people looking for second homes and those thinking of professional renting.
