The ball (14 January 2017) was traditionally organised by Our Municipality Association, and it took place (for the fourteenth time) at the Unitral hotel.

The honorary patronage over the ball was assumed by Ms Olga Roszak-Pezała, the Mayor of Mielno.

This social event is an important point on the map of charitable initiatives. The medal marked with number 1, donated by the mayor, won the highest amount in the auction – the organizers received for it PLN 6,000. Slightly smaller amounts were paid, among other things, for the T-shirt of the Polish national handball team and paintings of Krzysztof Urbanowicz, Katarzyna Chudobińska, Ola Mikuła and Paweł Legun.

All guests had a good time at the ball until dawn. The music was provided by the cover OSADA Band.

The roles of masters of ceremonies were played by Andrzej Krucz, the actor of Warsaw theatres, and Daniel Zmitkowski, the announcer of Koszalin.

Last year was very successful for the Firmus Group. In May 2016, the company finalised its seventh project in Mielno named Rezydencja Park Rodzinna I, located just 150 meters from the sea. As a result, the Firmus Group had already put into occupancy a total of more than 210 luxury apartments and penthouses.

Last year, the construction of Dune B and C buildings was also underway as part of the prestigious Dune Resort project. In November, the developer celebrated the topping-out of Dune B building. In buildings constructed under stages B and C, belonging to the luxury complex, nearly 75% of available apartments have been already sold, including the most expensive two-room apartment for PLN 26.5 thousand per one square metre. More than 85% apartments have been sold in Rezydencja Park Rodzinna II whose construction started in June 2016.

Plans for 2017 include the finalisation of the first stage of Osiedle Norweskie estate – the first residential project of the Firmus Group in Koszalin, Dune B and Dune C apartment buildings, and the second stage of cosy apartments within Rezydencja Park Rodzinna II, envisaging the construction of 250 new luxury apartments. Other seaside projects will be offered for sale soon.

The purpose of the co-operation is to present the youngest residents with the profession of construction manager, a popular profession in Poland and worldwide. Classes are conducted in the form of workshops by experienced employees of the Firmus Group.

In order to interest the youngest audience, props were used during the presentation, such as safety helmets, reflective vests, mock-up of one family house or miniatures of construction machinery. The campaign was launched on 29 November and will continue until January. The project covers three kindergartens in Koszalin, Mścice and Mielno.

In the modern world, real estate has many links with the banking sector. St. Andrew’s meeting at Dune organized together with BZ WBK, one of the key banks in Poland, was enjoyed by connoisseurs of good food and wine.

The menu prepared especially for the occasion by the chef delighted the guests, and the evening was enchanted by magician Alexander who captivated earlier the jury of “Got Talent”.

The Koszalin Philharmonic Orchestra named after Stanisław Moniuszko is the object of a great interest among the local community, especially families with children, which is perfectly illustrated by the high turnout during family concerts at the Family Art Park.

Since 2013 the institution has had a new building with 518 seats. The aim of co-operation with the Norwegian developer is to present and popularise the musical achievements of the Polish culture, and the most valuable works of world music. Director Robert Wasilewski says “I am glad that the next stage of co-operation with the Firmus Group is the signing of a one-year sponsorship contract. It is the first development company which supports us, and I cannot wait for the resulting experience. Maybe we will realize together my big dream to organise in Koszalin a summer festival or competition for young musicians from all over Europe.”

On 5 November, the building of the Koszalin Philharmonic Orchestra housed a charitable concert of Grzegorz Turnau. The artist of Cracow was invited by the foundation named “Enough Time to Love”.

The hall of the Koszalin Philharmonic Orchestra was filled to capacity, and the artist’s performance met with enthusiastic reception of the audience. The honorary patronage over the event was assumed by Piotr Jedliński, the Mayor of Koszalin, and Bishop Edward Dajczak. Proceeds from the concert will be donated in full to repair the roof and modernize the loft in the building which offers sheltered housing for single mothers. The Firmus Group was the main sponsor of the event.

The Firmus Group sold all apartments under the first stage of the Rezydencja Park Rodzinna project, and nearly 75% of the second stage currently under construction.

The Rezydencja Park Rodzinna project is located at Orła Białego and Kopernika Streets in Mielno. The holiday apartments are very popular due to the location not far from the sea and sandy beach. The completion of the second stage is scheduled for the beginning of June 2017. In the next summer season, owners of new apartments will be able to relax in their own holiday apartments at the Polish seaside or earn money from rent.

The Osiedle Norweskie estate is constructed by the Norwegian developer of the Firmus Group. The project was presented in mid-September and 3 out of 6 houses to be built under the first stage have been already reserved.

The Osiedle Norweskie estate means not only a dream house with its own garden, but also a sense of security and privacy. The project will be fully fenced and equipped with video-intercom system. Completion of the first 6 houses is scheduled for early spring 2017.

It is worthwhile posting 2-3 photos of the building plus 2 visualisations (the estate plus 1 house).

With the common effort, the second flat in the sheltered housing for single mothers was put into occupancy on 6 October 2016; it will be occupied by three single mothers and five children.

This is another great success of the foundation; in the first flat put into occupancy in 2015, the home for four mothers and their seven children was created.

On 5 November 2016, a charitable concert will take place at the hall of the Koszalin Philharmonic Orchestra. Proceeds from the concert will be donated in full to repair the roof of the building which offers sheltered housing. The Firmus Group is the main sponsor of the event.

Osiedle Norweskie estate is the first project of the Firmus Group in Koszalin.

The official launch was announced during an elegant and cosy celebration at the Dune restaurant. A toast to the success of the project was raised by Marian Hermanowicz (the Governor of Koszalin), Piotr Jedliński (the Mayor of Koszalin) and associates, architects, contractors and customers. Volkswagen Group Polska/ Krotoski-Cichy Group were the partner of the event.
