Last stage of Dune Resort under construction

Dune C will be the third part of a complex of luxurious apartments at Pionierów Street in Mielno.

This stage will mainly include of apartments with two rooms. They are the most attractive ones for potential customers – both people buying them for their own use, and those who present a commercial approach, planning to earn money on rental. Alex Kloszewski from Hotel Professionals work on DUNE CITY project

Alex Kloszewski from Hotel Professionals has gathered experience while working at over 350 projects executed across the entire Central-Eastern Europe, including facilities bearing the names of global hotel chains, such as Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, InterContinental Hotels Group, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group or Starwood Hotel & Resorts. Before Hotel Professionals was established, members of the team co-created the Hotel and Recreation Investment Department at Colliers International Poland.

Hotel Professionals will help to execute the investment project Dune City in the vicinity of Mielno. The first building that will be erected as part of the project awarded during this year’s world property event in Cannes (MIPIM), will be a large chain hotel focused on the conference market. The execution of the project is planned for year 2018. A hotel with 300-400 rooms, a complex of conference rooms, gastronomic facilities as well as a SPA & Wellness centre will be built first. In autumn this year a global hotel chain will be selected which will lend its brand to the facility.

Rezydencja Park Rodzinna – completed

Rezydencja Park Rodzinna apartment building was designed as a perfect place to rest for the whole families.

Located near the sea and the beach within the lagging of a secluded pine tree park will provide protection against the noise of holiday resorts. Nearly 80% of the apartments have already been sold. The developer is preparing to start the subsequent stage of the investment.

Budimex will build a third apartment for Firmus Group

Just like the previous two apartment buildings of the Dune Resort in Mielno, Budimex will build the last part. According to the signed today (March 11) agreement, the Dune C apartment building is to be completed in the second half of next year.

The estimated value of the whole complex is 165 million pln with ultimately 330 holiday apartments of different sizes. Sale offer is being prepared.

Rezydencja Park Rodzinna takes the final stretch

Finishing works in the apartment building Rezydencja Park Rodzinna are coming to an end. The complex with 32 apartments is located at Orła Białego Street in Mielno. The official opening is planned for the beginning of May this year. Almost half of the apartments have already been sold. Show apartments are being prepared. Clients interested in the purchase will be able to feel like in their own flat during the first visit.

Each apartment of Rezydencja Park Rodzinna is equipped with a spacious  terrace. Parking spaces are designed in the garage area, located in the lowest floor of the building. The building is equipped with an elevator and a spacious reception lobby.

Charity Concert in Koszalin

With undisguised pride, we would like to announce that once again the Firmus Group supports the Foundation “Zdążyć z Miłością” (Enough Time to Love). After the joint execution of a sheltered apartment for single mothers, we have now decided to support the efforts of the Foundation by organizing a Charity Concert in Koszalin.

In order to participate in this event, you only need to buy a ticket – a donation gift that costs PLN 60 or 80. Donation gifts are available for purchase at the office of the foundation “Zdążyć z Miłością” at ul. Franciszkańska 111, at the philharmonic hall or the office of the Northern Chamber of Commerce.

Every sold ticket (donation gift) will help the noble cause: create the second sheltered apartment for single mothers in a difficult financial situation.

We are going straight up!

On Friday, 23 October 2015, a cornerstone was officially placed under the construction of the DUNE B apartment building, the second stage of the DUNE Resort investment project. At the invitation of the investor (the Firmus Group), this event was participated by the representatives of Gleeds, which supervises construction works, and Budimex – the general contractor of the project.

Dune B will consist of over 100 apartments with a sea view and with various layouts and floor areas. The majority of them will have a direct view of the sea.

Among the facilities of the planned commercial area of the building there is the Wellness & SPA Centre, including a complex of indoor swimming pools, a gym and a sauna. The lobby will be connected to a restaurant and the main lift with the view of the courtyard and the pool. It will also include a 24 h reception desk with concierge services, a cafe and a cocktail bar. Additionally, the building will have an underground garage hall with private parking and storage spaces.

The construction works are planned to be completed in the second quarter of 2017.

Rezydencja Park IV – All apartments sold out

We have the pleasure to share the good news with you. We have just finished the investment process of Rezydencja Park, which consists of four almost identical buildings, 12 apartments each. The last of those apartments has just been bought.
