Third stage of Rezydencja Park is under construction

We are pleased to announce that following the success of the two first buildings, once again, our long term banking partner – PKO BP SA – will be providing the construction financing for the third building at Rezydencja Park.

The project which is located between the streets of Kopernika and Orła Białego in Mielno is currently being built by the general contractor Kuncer Sp. Z o.o.

Rezydencja Park III is an intimate building with 12 apartments which will be delivered in turn-key finishing and ready to use, the next season. The pre-sale of apartments is about to start, where a limited number of apartments can be purchased at promotional prices. Don’t miss the chance.
