The implementation of the last phase of the Rezydencja Park complex is coming to an end. On 10 October the developer obtained an occupancy permit, which expanded the complex with additional 55 seaside apartments.

Cosy apartments in Rezydencja Park are ideal both as a holiday apartment, but also as a secure investment with a higher rate of return than traditional methods for increasing capital. The surrounding park and the proximity of the lake and the sea ensure exceptional conditions for relaxation and creative work.

Kerd is the general contractor of the project. It was also responsible for the implementation of Rezydencja Park Orła and Rezydencja Kopernika. The architectural design was made by Warzech Studio.

As Agnieszka Fedoruk – who is in charge of the construction supervision for the investor –  comments, currently the works are being carried out inside the residential premises (installation, plastering, flooring and tiling) and those outside the building (façade, roofing and the first works related to the development of the external area).

The general contractor is KERD and the completion of the construction works is planned by the beginning of the next year.

Training sessions implemented as part of the “Conscious Driver. Safe Way Home” programme are carried out by qualified employees of the West Pomeranian Road Traffic Centre, with the subject matter and form of presentations of the issues discussed being in each case adjusted to the age of the participants.

It is important for us that also pre-school children take part in the training because they absorb knowledge very quickly. Developing appropriate habits from the youngest age will certainly pay off, says Diana Butowska from the Firmus Group, who is in charge of the direct coordination of the programme.

The “Conscious Driver. Safe Way Home” initiative is additionally supported by the City Hall, Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji Warta S.A. and the Municipal Transport Company. The honorary patronage over the programme is exercised by the Mayor of Koszalin, Piotr Jedliński.

The programme will be carried out until the end of October, excluding the summer break.

The 3rd Spring Charity Ball of the Foundation Zdążyć z Miłością, the organiser of which was once again the Firmus Group, ended with a great success. Only the auction of the objects donated by the supporters of the foundation itself resulted in raising a record amount of PLN 44,500. This is quite a lot considering the small popularity of the ball.

Artistic works by Beata Orlikowska, Zbigniew Murzyn and Tomasz “Cukin” Żuk were among the auctioned gifts donated by the authors. A lot of emotions were also caused by the auction of a two-person invitation to the football match for Euro 2020 qualification which will be played at the National Stadium in September between Poland and Austria.

The atmosphere that accompanied this event was extraordinary. The chef of Dune Restaurant Cafe Lounge took care of the culinary experience and the Osada Band provided the musical setting.

All the proceeds from the ball and the lottery conducted during the ball will be donated for treating and rehabilitating patients from the Foundation Zdążyć z Miłością.

The latest initiative is aimed at acquainting both children and adults with the road traffic safety procedures and developing habits taken from Scandinavia, which for years has been considered the model of the highest driving culture.
