President’s Charity Ball

This year’s Valentine’s Day for residents of Mielno and Koszalin will have a special meaning. It is the day when President’s Charity Ball will be held in Koszalin. It’s one of the most important events of the year dedicated to help those in need.

During the event, takes place an auction of valuable objects donated by local businesses. All income from this auction will support the Koszalin’s hospice.

As every year, Firmus is glad to be a partner of this special event. On behalf of the entire company we donated beautifully framed photograph of the historic Mielno – from the collection of Mr. Edward Grzegorz Funke. It is a part of a limited edition of old Mielno photographs prepared by our company, and each frame has a unique number.

IV stage of Rezydencja Park will be completed in April

Construction work of the last stage of the Rezydencja Park complex are at the finish. From the outside, the building is almost completed ( elevation with clinker was made).

Work is currently concentrated in the apartments and common areas of the building. Planned completion of the fourth stage of work is planned for the end of April. Buyers will be able to enjoy apartments before the holidays. Of the 12 apartments offered in sales of the IV stage only five remained, one one-bedroom and four two-bedroom apartments.

New year, new budget, new investments in the Mielno municipality.

At the beginning of the year local councilors unanimously approved a budget plan for 2015, which takes into account the increased expenditure on investment in the commune.

From the total of 17 million PLN for investments, up 10 million will be dedicated to roads. One of the most important works will definitely be the third stage of renewing the seaside promenade.
Another change is the adoption of the local zoning plan for plots by the main street. It is valid from the beginning of January and prevents high building from the the side of lake Jamno and removes all temporary buildings along the main street. In result we are granted an unobstructed view of the Jamno Lake.

Firmus Group – Championships’ Partner

With great pleasure we would like to inform that Firmus Group became an official Partner of Kiteboarding European Championships which will be organized in September 2014 in Mielno.

Apart from Poland for this opportunity applied also Italy, Belgium and Austria , however  Mielno offer was chosen as the best according to International  Kiteboarding Association.

Green light for Dune Resort – Firmus will build in Mielno apartments for 160 million pln

Firmus has just received permission to build another two apartment buildings in Mielno. This will lead to Dune Resort complex with 325 luxury apartments to holiday.

The total building area of Dune Resort will be 33,000 square meters. In addition to the 325 holiday apartments and 339 private parking spaces in the underground garage hall the complex will consist of restaurants and commercial areas, swimming pools – outdoor and indoor, fitness area together with spa resort. Cost of the investment is about 160 million. The date of commencement of construction work is not established yet. It will be announced in the first half of next year.

Rezydencja Park IV – work is progressing according to the schedule

Within few days the shell closed of the fourth building within the complex Rezydencja Park in Mielno will be completed.

Reaching this stage is planned for the end of October. At the moment we have completed work involving the construction of all floors together with the implementation of roof structure. Ongoing works are related to the installation of window frames, cladding works and distribution of sanitary and electrical installations.

III rd stage of Rezydencja Park complex completed

It’s nice to share that kind of information! The third part of the investment Rezydencja Park was completed according to the schedule.

Owners of apartments have been using them with joy since the beginning of summer, spending a beautiful summer holidays in their own second home by the sea. And certainly – because of the heat – appreciate the location of Rezydencja –  between the sea and the lake Jamno, in the shade of old pine trees.

All premises in Rezydencja Park III, except one, have already been sold. There are apartments in the last, fourth part of the complex available.

People interested in buying a seaside second home in this very charming place have literally the last such opportunity, handling over of finished apartments is planned for the spring of next year.

Efforts of fashion and interior designers combined in creating Penthouse on Dune

Cooperation between fashion and interior designers is a clear trend in modern design. As a result we get original projects, capable to meet expectations of the most demanding customers. You can simply look at the case of the largest penthouse in Dune.

The team of Maciej Zień (fashion) together with Karina Snuszka and Dorota Kuć (architecture) has just presented the effect of their work. Perfect occasion for this were recent design workshops in Warsaw taken place on 11th  June. Designers were describing their ideas using the visualizations of almost 200 square meter penthouse in Dune. The design takes advantage of all : natural light (penthouse is located on the top floor of Dune building and its exterior walls are all made of glass panes), feeling of unlimited space together with beautiful soothing view of the blue Baltic Sea and green panorama of Mielno.

In the last stage of Rezydencja Park complex we offer to our clients a 150 meter penthouse, with a view to four sides of the World.

The penthouse will occupy the entire last floor of the building, and will be accessible only by dedicated to it elevator. We can also provide help in finishing and decorating of the interior.

 

DUNE – investment of the year 2014

We are proud to announce that DUNE has been awarded with the title: “Investment of the year 2014” by the jury of Koszalin Technology Days. This is the first time in the 46-year history of the Chief Technical Organization (NOT) awards, when apartment building has been titled the most interesting project of the year.

Award was received by Stein Christian Knutsen, President of Firmus Group and Marek Sietnicki, architect.
