Contract for construction of the IV stage of the Rezydencja Park complex signed.

Due to great interest from customers the construction of the 4th building starts before the 3rd has been finished.

This week, contract for construction of the last stage of Rezydencja Park was signed. The general contractor is Building  Company KUNCER from Koszalin. Funding has been provided by Bałtycki Bank Spółdzielczy. We are now opening waiting list to buy last apartments in the complex.

Forth building, just like the previous stages, will have very private character with 12 fully furnished apartments. Project was created by Mellon Architekci from Szczecin it is located approximately 200 m from the sea and only 50 meters from the lake Jamno.

The implementation of the fourth stage will begin in mid-May 2014 and be completed in the Spring of 2015.

Dune Restaurant – vacation premiere in Mielno

Construction works are close to finish, process of hiring staff has began and last dishes in the menu are being accepted. Preparations for creating DUNE Restaurant Café & Lounge, new spot on the gastronomic map of the coast, are on its way to completion.

Interior will be very elegant and bright, the design is based on using different shades of white. For this reason many wooden elements referring to bleached oak will be used. The  architect – Marek Sietnicki, owner of Studio SAS, explains that the idea is to see the structure of the wood on a smooth surface. It is like a thrown plank ashore by the sea – polished and bleach by the sand. It captures the climate of the seaside spot, where the restaurant is being created.

Finishing works made by Koszalin’s company KUNCER are coming to an end. Now is the time to install equipment. Kitchen appliances are supplied by reputable GORT company. The same company that equips kitchens in hotels such as Sheraton.

Official inauguration of the restaurant is planned for the middle of June.

If you live here, you do not see those beautiful things that are here. And here is really beautiful. Indeed, there is lack of facilities. A lot of people come here not only to lie on the beach. Rezydencja Park III – ideal place for families with children

Construction of the third building of Rezydencja Park is well advanced. Owners of the apartments will be able to move in before this year’s vacations.

Rezydencja Park III, as in earlier stages, will include 12 apartments delivered in turnkey standard, with fully furnished and equipped kitchen. Apartments of an area of ​​39 or 53 square meters, will have respectively one or two bedrooms. Each with sunny southern terrace.

Buyers of the remaining  apartments have gained additional choice of arranging the bedroom. They can do it in a classical way, or create a small world for their children. Customers can count on expert advice of interior designer – both in terms of finishing the walls and floors, as well as choosing the appropriate furniture.

 

Winter Race Mielno 2014 – summary

XI International Winterbathers Rally in Mielno has ended. For the event registered 1824 participants, from which 1736 were brave enough to bathe in cold Walters of the Baltic Sea. This is a new attendance record when it comes to this event.

But this year’s event was unique also because of a different reason. It was the first time, when during the event Kitesurfing races – Winter Race Mielno 2014 were organized. Struggles that took place in front of the Dune were an effect of months of preparation from Sports Club Dobra Marina and the main Sponsor – Firmus Group.

On the first day the weather did not let the contestants show their abilities. But on Sunday, strong wind allowed them to fight for the title of winner of the competition. In the races took part 12 kitesurfers. Winner of the three first places were Robert Zapędowski, Krzysztof Walczak and Konrad Jędrzejewski.
We congratulate the athletes and all who came to the beach in front of Dune to cheer for them. Thank You for being there with us.

Winter Kitesurfing Race in Mielno

First in Poland Winter Kitesurfing Championships named Winter Race Mielno 2014 will take place on 15 – 16 th February 2014 in Mielno. The main sponsor of this spectacular event is developer from Mielno – Firmus Group.

Kitesurfing – surfing on a board powered by a large kite, is more associated with summer,  but as it turns out You can do it also in the winter. For this year’s, first  amateur winter championships applied already about 30 surfers from Szczecin, Poznań and Warsaw.

Program of the Winter Race includes not only championships, but also many accompanying events that will last till 16:00.

Firmus invited AZS Koszalin to Mścice

School in Mścice had yesterday an occasion to see, how proffesional basketball players train, and do it together with them

Uniqe physical education lesson was organized by Firmus Group – once again sponsor of AZS Koszalin. Players under the lead of Igor Milicić – former star of AZS Koszalin, prepared a demonstration of basketball tricks, played a match with young members of Saturn Mielno sports club and give out lots of autographs.
