PGNiG SUMMER SUPER LEAGUE IN MIELNO

Between 2 – 4 June, the second edition of the PGNiG Summer Super League 2017 tournament took place on the beach in Mielno. Eight teams in the category of women and men qualified for the National Championship. The competition was preceded by activities for children and demonstration matches of the national representation.

The event was opened by PGNiG summer camp for children from Koszalin and Mielno, who had a chance to learn the basics of beach handball. The activities were run by Polish Champions from Petra Płock and a representative of the International Federation of Handball Burak Tezcan.

On Saturday and Sunday, we had an opportunity to watch the best beach handball teams in Poland.

In the women’s final, BHT GRU Juko Piotrków Trybunalski was the winner, while in the men’s category BHT Auto Forum Petra Płock won the competition.

The titular sponsor of the PGNiG Summer Super Leage 2017 series is Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. The tournament in Mielno was sponsored by Firmus. Onet, Przegląd Sportowy and Polskie Radio were the media partners.

FAMILY OPENNING OF OSIEDLE NORWESKIE (NORWESKIE HOUSING ESTATE)

On Saturday, 13 May, a family picnic was organised with many events for children and their parents. A furnished and equipped demonstration house was shown, which gave the residents a better understanding of the benefits and arrangement potential of their future home.

The design of all the houses is derived from the Scandinavian architecture, giving a sense of order and organised space. The pastel elevation, sizes of buildings and well-maintained green surroundings make the project an elegant and friendly place to live in. The location of the housing estate perfectly matches the needs of active lifestyle lovers and all those who wish to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The district has also excellent transport connections with other parts of Koszalin and the region.

The furnished part of the demonstration house is available to all clients as the sales office.

 

THE FIRST STAGE OF OSIEDLE NORWESKIE (NORWESKIE HOUSING ESTATE) ALREADY COMPLETED

The first six of the 48 planned houses is already at the shell and core stage, ready to be finished. They have just obtained an occupancy permit. In accordance with the promise made earlier by the Firmus Group, each of the houses is surrounded by an arranged garden and has an easy access, as there is already an internal street in the entire housing estate with sidewalks and lighting, and the whole area is fenced.

On 11 May, the project was officially and formally opened in the presence of the Mayor of the City of Koszalin and numerous guests.

The construction of the second stage of the project, i.e. 4 further houses, has begun.

 

FIRST AID ACADEMY

“It is you that save life!” with such words the first aid  training organised by the Firmus Group began for the first time, in cooperation with MiMed – Medical Rescue Services.

The educational campaign under the name First Aid Academy is addressed to primary and secondary schools in Mielno, Mścice and Koszalin. During the training, young people learn how to properly act in an emergency situation and provide aid to the victim.

In addition to the practical knowledge, each participant receives a first aid kit.

 

MIPIM CANNES 2017

Between 14 and 17 March, the Cannes Festival Palace on the Cote d’Azur will be hosting the most influential players from the international real estate market.

According to the organisers of MIPIM, the growing role of innovation and new technologies in the real estate market places them in the centre of events and discussions, hence the theme of this year’s event is “New Deal for Real Estate”.
The President of the Firmus Group, who has been attending the trade fair since 1995, notices that the Central and Eastern European countries are becoming more and more visible each year, and it is them that are becoming to affect the image of the fair and show trends in development. Poland is also standing out – its regions, cities, developers and investment projects. Exhibited at the main point, they form a close whole.

Build Safely 2016

The construction of Dune B in Mielno won the first place in the competition “Build Safely 2016” organised by the National Labour Inspectorate in Szczecin.

Budimex S.A. is the general contractor of the project.

DUNE RESORT – another important construction stage has been completed.

The Dune Resort in Mielno is a complex of three buildings with luxury apartments, located on the seafront with direct access to the beach. The largest building in the whole complex – Dune B – reached the phase of a closed-in building, presenting a striking glass facade.

Further steps will focus on finishing work. All apartments will be finished on a turnkey basis. The project also involves a range of facilities designed for the most comfortable holidays.

BUDIMEX is the general contractor of the project.

Completion of stage B is scheduled for the second half of 2017.

Construction of Rezydencja Park Rodzinna II is progressing according to schedule.

This is the next stage of the apartment complex located at Orła Białego and Kopernika Streets in Mielno which will house 32 apartments, each with a spacious terrace.

The project also includes a garage facility and storerooms. The building will be equipped with a modern lift and a comfortable lobby for residents.

The phase of a closed-in building was completed at the beginning of the year.
